You can use 1/2 of a 12ax7 for a reverb. It is called "fold-back reverb" (or something like that). Basically a portion of the output, from the o.p.t., is used to power the reverb input. Then you may use the 1/2 12ax7 as a return. This circuit is described in Kevin O'conners Ult.Tone part 1. By the way, I think usually the inputs' of reverbs are designed for around 1-2 watts drive, so do the math with the output power of your power amp. Hope this helps
