Erin | Re: Rotating Speaker Blueprints? It didnt take much after thought that an ocillating fan is to fast, but some ceiling fans would be perfect, speed wise. As for the fan blade idea isnt great either.The down side to that one is the air movement would drown out the speaker, but instead of fan blades, a round sheet of formica or similar with say, 3 holes cut out radiating from the center, just like the radiation symbol would work great for a tremolo sound like i was talking about.The speaker would have to be placed to one side of course. If this idea ends up as an actual unit, I'd have to name it something like, "Sonic Turbine" ! 'Turbine' being the word to work with ! Mad scientist Erin |
