| M.Romasco | Re: EF86 Preamp.....?? The V+ varies in Vox amps. Anywhere from 255v to 320v depending upon the model. They all use 220k anode on the EF86. In the Gerald Weber book there are some Vox schematics. The voltages at the plate (pin 6) are as follows: AC-4 = 215v, AC-10 = 60-160v, AC-15= 90v. Hope that helps. |
