The punches are up to it. The chassis may not be.
IOW the punch may need a hefty tourque on the wrench to shear the material, which may not be able to be held suitably without flexing. I find coating the threads with an anti-galling compound (or just plain ol' grease) makes the job with a Greenlee much mo'betta.
