I'll second the opinion for the vera-bit or UNI-BIT stepped drill. I've given up my small Greenlee punch and use the uni-bit for the small socket holes. I haven't found a large uni-bit for the octal sockets yet, so I'm still using the Greenlee (which is very good at that job).
