Niek | Pentode/triode switch for 2xEL84 class A amp Hello, Has anybody ever built in a pentode/tride switch in a 2xEL84 Class A (cathode bias) poweramp ? Obviously one cannot just connect the anode and the screen grd together because this would cause a misloaded power amp (wrong plate load and cathode resistor). Regards, Niek |
